The Retailers' Retailer of the Year Awards recognise the best companies, concepts and individuals in the pub, bar and restaurant market.
Organised by M&C Report, the winners are chosen by the industry itself.
The awards are launched each autumn, with a 700-strong Retailers' Academy, comprising senior executives from the industry, nominating their favoured companies, concepts and individuals.
From these nominations, a shortlist is created and then over the Christmas and New Year period, the Academy is invited to vote for the winners.
The Retailers' name is used for these awards, which are in their 12th year, because they recognise the very best in licensed and foodservice retailing.
The 2010 Awards were held on Wednesday 3rd March at The Dorchester Hotel on Londons Park Lane.
